Industry Canada, Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, a department of the Federal Government, is the keeper of bankruptcy records. Quarterly and annual statistics are compiled by them using bankruptcy assignment and bankruptcy filing data submitted by Trustees from across Canada. Bankruptcy Alberta has taken these statistics and summarized them for the Province of Alberta and for five of the largest Alberta cities/areas.
